With over 18 years of experience as a Yoga Instructor in the United States, I have had the privilege of guiding students toward enhanced self-care and a higher quality of life through the transformative power of Yoga.

My approach is rooted in love, respect, and clear communication, ensuring that each student feels supported and empowered on their unique journey.

 

I am dedicated to fostering a space where you can cultivate balance, mindfulness, and wellness both on and off the mat.

Por mais de 18 anos de experiencia como Instrutora de Yoga nos EUA, tive e, diariamente, tenho o privilegio de guiar os alunos afim de estabelecerem uma rotina de autocuidado e melhor qualidade de vida utilizando técnicas de Yoga.

Todo meu ensinamento e sempre feito com respeito, comunicacao e amor para que o aluno se sinta bem vindo e qualificado para sua jornada de auto conhecimento.

I am deeply passionate about guiding and inspiring students through the powerful techniques of Yoga, encompassing Meditation, Asana, Movement, Ayurveda care, and mindful breathing.

​

For me, Yoga is not just about mastering postures; it's about embracing a holistic attitude, adopting a lifestyle, and cultivating a mindset that nurtures both body and mind.

​

My journey with Yoga began in 1996 in my home country of Brazil, and since then, it has transformed my life. My daily practice is grounded in Ashtanga Yoga, and I’ve had the privilege of studying with my teacher, Sharath Jois, through few visits to Mysore, India.

​

In addition to Ashtanga, I am dedicated to making Yoga accessible to everyone by teaching Restorative practices, Meditation, and Philosophy. My goal is to ensure that each student finds a practice that resonates with them—whether through a deep, dynamic practice or a restorative session for relaxation and renewal.

​
